Delivery and Get Your Money

We are to arrange production, inspection and shipment. Goods will arrive at customer's house directly after custom clearance by our shipping agent. Now it's time to get your money. Cheers.

What's the requirement of being a vendor?

If you have a physical shop dealing with building material or any home furnishing related products, you are most welcome to join us. If you are an independent architect, a real estate agent or an influencer in the area, you have ambition to expand and grow with us, please contact us.

Will customers buy directly from you?

We do not accept individual customers buy directly from us unless there is no any vendors in his country or area. Project or wholesale customers introduced by the vendor could be attended by us, and we share profits to make sure prices still competitive.

What support can I get from platfrom?

We give you full support including sourcing, inspecting and delivering the products, massive online digital marketing and after sales service. Vendors will be given company email address and uniformed business card design for printing. They will get training from platform and sometimes from our suppliers as well.

Customers must buy from vendor store in his area?

We suggest customers to make order from stores in his area to get the most convenience, though we do not give strict rules on this. Customers could choose to buy from a vendor he may feel comfortable with at his own will.
