How can you reduce the price?
At Builders Mall, we help end buyers buy directly from manufacturers, no any middle men cost. We arrange periodical group buying events to let individual buyers from different parts of the world enjoy wholesale prices.
How long it may take for goods to arrive?
It depends. Some products like lights or sanitary wares are instantly loaded as suppliers have them in stock, while some products like kitchen cabinet and furniture we make order at factory and there will be a lead production time around 7-15 days.
Why should I buy from artisans' store?
Most end users are not familiar with the sizes and materials of furniture, kitchen cabinets, bathroom wares, etc. While your carpenter, plumber or other artisans may know better and they could guide you to select the right furnishing for your house and help with installation.
How do you ensure the quality?

Do you offer warranty to the products?
We offer 6 months warranty to most of our products including furniture, sanitary wares and home appliances. And we pay for insurance to each order in case there may be damage during transport.
Whom should I make payment to?
We urge our clients to pay directly to Builders Mall account either by Stripe, Paypal, Wise or bank transfer. All products are sent directly from Builders Mall to ensure its genuine and of best quality. You will TAKE YOUR OWN RISK if you make payment to the artisans privately.
